While it looks like a fairy or ballerina dancing, I don't think it's supposed to look like this. Outside 365 is not an option as it gets too cold. There is an opening at the bottom for water and the soil is specific for succulents.

Sun. Succulents like a lot of sun. Get a little grow lamp or bulb. It looks overwatered to me as well, they do not need water frequently at all.
Its too far down in the cup as well. It cant get good air circulation. Does that have a hole?

More dirt. Less water. 1000% more sun.
