Centipede Grass Orchid, identified
Lawn orchid, Zeuxine strateumatica.
As a general rule of thumb, orchids should not be picked since they tend to be slow growers. This particular species is not really a concern but in the future if you pick something you haven’t identified, you may find out later it was federally listed
