All these are inaccurate even the norway spruce growth rate. I've had 7 years experience with all these trees and none of them grow that fast. The fastest so far is of course norway spruce at 2ft but that was ONCE not every year. And no way in hell white spruce & balsam fir grow 2ft ever
EDIT: I forgot about the worst part!!! AI told me that Douglas fir was native to minnesota!!! And yes it ment Douglas fir!!!

I will never trust AI answers about trees and plants.
This is not only about trees, always take AI answers with a grain of salt
I always add **-ai** to all my searches now to remove the annoying amount of space that the AI summary takes up with its misleading and false information
folks: generative AI is trained to be **plausibly correct, not factually correct.**
