my gosh, your tree is just stunning and everything looks so festive. your japan haul was making my mouth water. Tsukemono was one of my covid lockdown hobbies, I tried nukazuke, misozuke, and vinegar pickles. I gotta say I got tired of babysitting my rice bran bed after a few months and was little over pickles in general after eating them daily. I hope you will stick with it, as they are delicious and the yuzu ones sound even better. I then got into making soy milk and tempeh. So happy you got to meet one of your followers in Japan, YT is indeed a special corner of the interwebs. Hope you get some snow for the holidays!
