How big is your olive tree, and how much of an infestation?
for a big tree/infestation you could probably just blast most of them off with a jet from the hose. You’ll be doing it again weekly until the numbers are few and don’t affect the tree.
If it’s a small tree and/or just a few bugs, spray them with horticultural oil, eco fend, an/or pyrethrum. You’ll need to do it a few times and check regularly for new bugs.
