They smell so nice why did you say stinky

I love them too! Especially the BIG round ones. 💛

I love their scent but I understand why many people find it stinky.

I agree with you. They are so common, but I always find myself pausing to admire their beauty when I pass them in gardens and such.

I love them too and I love their smell.

I think they smell unique and refreshingly sweet with a hint of stinky.
It reminds me of some fond childhood memories so I like the smell. Now whenever I touch them while gardening it releases the smell that’s comforting.

Bugs hate them.💜

They’re one of my favorite flowers. 😊

I finally got some to bloom last year and the scent was overwhelming. Now I want to know if there’s a way to force them to bloom at the same time as the local Bradford pears.

Totally agree! And they love to grow. If you have a hard time with planting stuff, marigolds are the way to go. And they come in many different sizes and colors now.

I agree. They have a spicy smell. They are nice all summer but they really shine in the fall.

They are so great for your garden. Easy to maintain, and a natural aphid deterrent.

I love their fragrance! It’s spicy rather than floral.
