yes. the substrate looks too dense. what’s the composition of the substrate? Meaning, what are the ingredients and, more importantly, in what ratios? How do you go about knowing when to water? How do you go about actually doing the watering?
How’s the stem? I would be checking that for rot

But you have an over-watering issue on hand I believe. It’s best to check the roots first
Sometimes i got that just because the leaf touching the soil nothing wrong
