Measured PAR at the canopy level for my lettuce and got around ~450 µmol/m²/s. I’m not chasing a specific number — mainly using PAR to understand how evenly the light is distributed and whether the plants are getting enough without being overdriven. So far the lettuce seems happy, but I’m curious: what PAR ranges are you guys typically running for leafy greens indoors?

That’s pretty cool. I would just note overall yield and quality of the lettuce grown under that intensity. Quick search shows 400-500μmols for production.
I’d also calculate the DLI and play around with day length. How many hrs a day is the light on?
As long as they’re not showing stress late in the day, you’re pretty much good. It’s a relationship between the environment, how much light, water and food. If you heighten one of those, expect to heighten the rest. Law of minimum.
