Took this cutting of fern asparagus without doing much research before, and all propagation info I can find is just dividing a larger plant. Can this be propagated in water or soil (i.e. is there enough root)?

You can prop by deviding a big plant from rootball up, OR you can grow from scratch with seeds in red berries. Stem cuttings dont work.
