Pink petals of cherry blossoms and light raindrops of March came together Thursday, March 27 at the Portland Japanese Garden to create a quintessential Oregon spring day.
The precipitation and cool temperatures didn’t stop spring breakers from paying a visit to the popular Washington Park destination for a peaceful stroll through the garden.
