the first photo is what it looked like when i got it, i put it in some water and it began to rot at the top and the leaf fell off, i cut as little off the top as possible now its tiny.
i’ve moved it to this little bit of perlite but i’m not sure this is gonna work. please comment what you’d do at this stage, i don’t want to continue with water propagation.

My last resort is usually moist spagnum in a sealed container with lots of light and regular air changes but I’ve found dracaenas can be difficult to get started
