I have had the worst time with Echeveria prolifica.
One of the slowest growing and most fickle drama queens in my large succulent collection. Don’t like sun, don’t like shade, don’t like semi-shade, don’t like water, don’t like dry, don’t like me looking at them.
I have -one- that has survived a year, and it is smaller than it started off, while all the other echeveria around it are doing great.
Also the only echeveria I’ve ever had rot issues with.
