I ordered this Snow White Episcia off ebay. It was loosely packed in the plastic container with damp coco coir, the outer packaging was well insulated and it had a heat pack. Unfortunately, it dropped all its leaves, all I can think is that it's because they were mushed in with the coco coir…but maybe it just got too cold. I ordered AVs from a seller located in the same region, that arrived the same day, and they didn't have a heat pack or anything, but the leaves were packaged separately from the potting medium as typical for AVs, and they're doing great! This guys is just suffering though, which sucks because the leaves WERE stunning and I was so excited about it.
I've potted the stump into my usual mix, closed it in the plastic container, and am just going to pray it has enough life left in that little piece to put out a leaf. Do you all think it'll make it? Maybe I should put it on a heat pad?

You know the expression “I’ve seen worse”?
That’s not this. I haven’t seen worse.
It is still green, so that’s a good start. Theoretically it could grow, but you need to make sure everything is perfect. Mostly just make sure it’s tented and getting light, but not too much of anything.
I guess it still has roots so water very lightly, which you’ve already done. I guess just keep it enclosed in the plastic cup and maybe it will grow some new leaves?
You know how humans can live without arms and legs but they need a head?…. They can’t have arms and legs and still live with no head.
This is a body and no head. Sadly it’s the leaves that help get nutrients from the sun or artificial source.
I don’t see this going well unless there is some green I’m missing 🙁
