I am no pro on monsteras, however, one idea could be to cut in and make a fuller plant. You have stunning variegation 😊
Maybe, if possible air layer the arial roots so the leafs keep their mature form.

Chop at the node and propagate that baby. You can sell clippings. That’s a beautiful plant well done.

Doesn’t look like it’s growing into a moss pole. I would highly suggest you look into air layering all those aerial roots, then once they have good roots, chop it up. You can continue your plant using the top cutting on a moss pole and do whatever else you want with the rest.
