Datura stramonium. Highly halluciogenic and toxic to humans and pets. Be careful and remove it if it’s accessible by pets or children.

Ok, it’s Datura, but how can you people identify which without knowing where it is or seeing the flower?

And I think that may be its apple of sodom.

Datura, also known as Jimsonweed, thornapple (I think you know why), devil’s trumpet or moonflower for some species.

Someone said Hallucinogenic. And it’s more of a deliriant.
Do not attempt to use any part of this plant for a “good time”.
If you Google the experiences people have it is a nightmare with in real world physical dangers.
Do not attempt to use this plant recreationally.
This plant is not a plant of honor… no highly esteemed deed is commemorated here… nothing valued is here.
What is here was dangerous and repulsive to us. This message is a warning about danger.
The danger is in this particular plant… it increases towards a center… the center of danger is here… of a particular size and shape, and below us.
The danger is still present, in your time, as it was in ours.
The danger is to the body, and it can kill.

Datura: Extreme deliriant, of the wake up in the hospital naked, covered in blood, critically dehydrated and wrecked variety. Nightmare fuel; kill it with extreme prejudice. This is not a place of honor, no great deed is commemorated here, etc.

The pod is full of seeds. When mature, it will break open and reseed itself.
Also, the plant is toxic, but as long as you don’t eat it, it produces beautiful flowers.

It’s a pretty plant. Just don’t eat it.

You don’t have to be afraid of Datura. People post such extreme comments about it whenever it turns up. It’s a wonderful plant for pollinators, very beautiful to look at, and has medicinal use. They used to sell Datura cigarettes for asthmatics because it opens the lungs. A lot of plants shouldn’t be eaten casually and this is among them. They’re my favorite, though. I keep them around.
