Why is my Dieffenbachia not growing upright? I have it in a north facing window that is plenty bright, I turn it periodically and water every week to 2 weeks. Leaves drop often. I'm just not sure why its growing sideways

How often are you turning it and it might not be enough light they tend to do this when they are light starved.
Mines are thirsty plants but I used grow lights for them too which might be the key
