Graptoverum Paraguayense Props not growing

I made these props back in late september this year and only a single one has had any leaf growth (though all have very healthy roots). I put them in a pot with some pachyphytum compactum props I took in late october temporarily bc I am short on space, and every single one of those have shown significant leaf growth. Everything I've seen online says graptoverum props should start showing leaf growth in 2-6 weeks – what am I doing wrong with these guys?
