   This is in Melbourne Australia, and yes we are allowed to add those plants there. Council approved.

   How is it with bark spilling over the footpath? I have a few neighbours who have been sheet mulching to kill off grass but the bark seems to just spill all over the footpath

   I’d like to do mine but it wouldn’t end up level like this it would be a small mound because of the existing grass
