I’ve already treated all my plants with neem oil once a week and washed all the leaves (it’s been 1 month), the plants look better however I can still see some patches and some eggs or young thrips behind the leaves (in this case of the monstera).
I had a look online for sprays and remedies but I can’t find a good product with decent reviews (I’m based in uk).
All my plants are indoors and will be in contact with my cat (she doesn’t bite the leaves) so it’s essentially that the product that will not poison us ahahah
Any suggestion welcome 🙏🏼

I wish you luck my friend. I’ve been battling them for months. I’ve tried cleaning them daily, washing with insecticide soap, and predatory mites. Some plants I just had to throw away because I couldn’t keep up. I feel like the combo of cleaning and mites has dramatically helped but they keep coming back. My collection has been halved. [This](https://www.reddit.com/r/IndoorGarden/s/90quyxLNQv) post helped me ❤️
Straight 70% isopropyl alcohol. Spray the entire plant down well. Just don’t do it with the plant directly under lights or you’ll burn it. Wait for the alcohol to evaporate off and you’re good. Kills them on contact. Once a day for a few days and assess.
You have to break the breeding cycle. Sticky blue leaf miner traps attract the adults, remove larvae with a lint roller, iso the heck out of them, diatomaceous earth the soil, you cannot be too mindful at this point as thrips get out of control fast.
Took me over a year after a brutal infestation. As a last ditch you can use systemic pesticide IF it’s allowed in your state / country. Always be cautious with that route, it makes the plant toxic to everything!
I would try this bio-insecticide from [Arber](https://growarber.com/products/bio-insecticide)
It’s made with a type of bacteria that infects and kills pests, safe for indoor or outdoor use. Safe for humans and pets. And it’s on sale today via their site. I believe you can also find it on Amazon. The garden center I work at also sells it.
When things get though go for a systemic insecticide: kill them all! I spray my plants with neem oil + orticultiral soap + nettle and equisetum(?) essence every week but when insects keep coming back I just use Sanium, an insecticide that kill them all and protects the plants for up to 8 weeks. Then I get back to more gentle ways. The longer you wait the more difficult it is to treat them and they can spread like hell!
