Can anyone help me identify this plant? Or tell me how to care for it?

I know it’s some sort of succulent- maybe an aloe of some kind? Google lens gave me Gasteria or Haworthia as possibilities, but the leaf shapes and arrangements don’t seem to match.

I just propped up the stems using chopsticks and twisty ties since they were bent over 180% and about to snap off. I’m pretty sure it needs repotting, but every other plant I’ve repotted (not many) has died shortly after.

Please help- I’m new to the plant life!

I forgot to put in the post- it lives under a grow light with a timer at work, and gets 8 hours a day of focused lighting. I water it once a week. I inherited it from a coworker, and I’ve had it for over a year now.

Gasteria obliqua – it’s 100% a Gasteria, not a medicinal Aloe, and looks like obliqua because it seems to have some stems growing.

It’s exactly what your Google said it was. It just needs a LOT more sunlight. Succulents and cacti need tons of sun, since their native habitats have a lot of sun.

It could use a transplant into the next larger pot with cactus and succulent mix or if you can’t find that, potting soil mixed 50/50 with bagged sand.
