First time trying to propagate. The big leaves are maybe the size of a nickel. Lots of leaves smaller than that. When should I divide and pot them and any pro tips on how to do it?

Lovely! I think they are still not ready yet – I’ve heard you need at least 3 leaves the size of a nickel
You can wait forever kinda .. a couple things can happen.. the baby plant will grow into a full plant and the mother leaf will wither and die. OR the mother leaf will stay healthy and when the baby plant seems healthy enough on its own, you can cut off the mama leaf as low as you can and then re prop it. I’m currently propping a lead I’ve propped before.
Also sometimes you get one crown, sometimes you get multiples and sometimes sucker leaves.
It looks like you have multiple of something but it looks healthy!!
