Ferocactus Diguetii is know for being native to the remote islands in Baja California Sur. It can grow so large, exceeding any mainland species of Ferocactus due to natural island-gigantism.

This monolith specimen of Ferocactus Diguetii lives on the remote non-habited island of Santa Catalina on the area known as Baja California Sur, Mexico.

The first photo was taken in 1994 and the latter in 1995, the last 2 photos are from 2018. This amazing specimen is probably over hundred of years old. The cactus to the left is Pachycereus Pringlei (aka Maxican Cardon Cactus) Hopefully they will keep the species going for years to come.
