Planting two 15 gal redbuds, sawed it down to here (you can see based on the lines where the soil used to be). Is this enough root flare, or should I keep sawing down? On the second pic you can kinda see a root coming out the side, so dunno if I should go further down. For the second tree (third pic), it’s already kinda slanted so also not sure if I should go deeper. Thanks in advance!
