I've pruned this plant because it got to tall. But now it won't grow and the tip is now turning color. What should I do? Its grown a new leaf at the bottom but the main plant still won't grow. Should I toss the stem all together?

Air layer when propagating it. For the holiday season you could even hide it through a half split Christmas ball.
It looks like it has a pup growing out the bottom of the stem??
Seems fine. Not every plant is able to branch out. Some only regrow from the bottom. It’d leave as is am wait longer.
