Hi, thanks for liking. I’ve had this little one for about 3 years. I absolutely adore this plant. When I took ownership it was 12” tall. It now is over 24”. Should I do anything to help it along? I’m repotting soon into something larger. Thanks again for looking.

That pot looks big enough imo.
Rotate every once in a while
She is a little leggy. You couch notch her ( see utube videos on notching) and she can grow branches to fill her out or you could cut one of the smaller trunk and have another plant ( and the stick will grow lots of new leaves I a couple months).
Rotate it about 90 degrees every couple of weeks for even growth
