This cactus was etiolated so I did a chop back at the beginning of the year. It seems to be doing well and has put out a lot of new growth. Do I leave it be or is there something I should be doing?
Did you save the part you cut off? Could have let it callous and root it as well

I’m with the 2 previous comments. All my pups stay and grow until their own weight or the weather takes them out. They’ll grow way quicker than if you were to take them off. Etiolation is just the plant telling you it needs something- no need to remove, it can be corrected. Hope that helps friend!
