Planning to sketch along in the workshop? ✏ Here’s what to have ready:
1) Base map
• Find your property via a county assessor, Google Maps, or a survey.
• If your lot is large, zoom in on the area near the house.
• Blank paper works if you do not have a map.
2) Sketching tools
• Three printed copies and a thick dark pen, or
• A tablet with a stylus and your property image saved.
Bring a marker. Draw along. Leave with a plan.
