Time to repot?

Hi friends!

Hoping to get some advice on when to repot. These lovies were rescues from the greenhouse I work at. I've been nursing them back to health for the past 3ish months and I think they're ready to go into their own homes. There's 3 of them in a 6 inch pot right now. I have several small 3 inch violet pots I was going to separate them into. I would love any advice or experience with separating! I've spent so much time caring for these little guys I would be devastated to mess them up during a reporting process.
