Am I doing it wrong? I’ve moved up in case size about once a month, starting with a mason jar.
I haven’t used any fertilizer at all. She gets indirect sunlight. I change her water about every ten days or so.
Today I went in and looked closely at the roots to make sure it wasn’t too root-bound or getting any root rot. Does anyone have any advice? Am I just being impatient?

You answered your own question! She needs some food. Pot her up in chunky mix, dont worry when she gets a little stressed for the first few weeks and enjoy
