Help leaves have brown spots

I got this K’s Simply Put and I absolutely love it even as it’s too young to bloom yet. I never top water but have noticed that the leaves are starting to brown as if they have water spots. Any ideas of what could cause this? I do use city water and I wonder if it could possibly be due to that. I did repot from a 2 inch pot to a 3 inch pot maybe a month ago.
