What is going on with this guy? I thought mites, I thought sunburn? Keeps putting out pups. I know it’s a euphorbia of some type.

Appears to be !corking. See bot reply below.

Corking probably. Your real issue is lack of light. It’s etiolating pretty bad

I have one of these and while lack of light is what’s causing the etiolated growth & corking, if you give these little guys the same bright light (250 PPFD) that is good for other succulents, they get sun stress & turn brown. It’s a balance for these little guys. Mine is now in a window that gets enough sun for her but would make the rest of mine etiolate like crazy.
(In this case I think the bot answer is not very helpful.)

  4. Yes to euphorbia. Sometimes called a Tanzanian zipper plant for this one. Also yes, corking like others said but it’s a normal stress response and will keep growing fine! I’ve got a big cluster that’s maybe 70% corked because I neglected the hell out of it a while back with very little water and too much sun and still going. When you find a good light/water/soil balance, new growth will come in greener again (just very slow, so be patient).

  5. Ok thanks so much! I feel a combo of not enough water, too much and then too little light. Will play around with placement and feed more haha

Water starvation is the usual culprit. But sometimes light starvation can cause this too.

The browning at the base is natural corking that happens overtime, however the way yours are coming to a point however is not natural, it’s not getting enough sunlight and it’s causing the plant to elongate which is called elotation in plants
