Needs much more light. Like stick her in front of a window kind of light. You see her top reaching over? That’s her stretching for light. Leaves will fall but she’ll reset herself soon enough. And only water deeply and thoroughly once per month. She may need a repot into a bigger pot. Just be sure it’s a chunky soil mix (50% potting soil, 25% perlite, 25% orchid or pine bark). Usually cheaper to make your own. If you do, don’t disrupt the root ball too much. Just loosen it and then add it fresh soil. Then water thoroughly.
