Is this good root collar exposure? (Blue line is where the soil level was at before)

These are cashew trees, they were in small 2 gallon pots for about 6 months prior to me teasing apart the circling roots at the bottom and digging away at the soil around the base to expose what I think is the beginning of the root flare?
