Hi everyone! I was repotting my Stephania erecta and noticed this 2nd growth hanging/attached to the first. Is this a 2nd bulb that will spring a new plant? Should I leave it presently to let it grow or should I separate it? Appreciate any tips/advice!

Yes! You can detach it and you will have another plant
