We live in Florida, and we got this Monstera when it was just a tiny little thing. It's lived outside under our shaded patio for a little over a year, we've done our best to research what to do to care for it and what kind of soil mixture to give it and for some reason the leaves just end up like this. They have for pretty much the whole time we've had it. We do have some other house plants like pothos and other smaller monsters species in some of our inside fish tanks and I'm wondering if we should just stick it in one of those?
Help us save her 😔

I could be wrong, but as far as I know, albos and thais are more prone to get brown in leaves (I forget the exact reason). Is it possible for this to be sunburn?
Edit: I zoomed in and couldn’t tell due to quality, but look for thrips or similar
Have you tried giving it silica? It can help keep variegated parts of leaves from turning brown.
Since it lives outside, I’m also wondering about sunburn and/or under-watering. A plant outside will need to be watered a lot more frequently
You could make a cutting and try to root that one inside to see if it likes the environment better, given that your other plants are liking it there. It will give you a backup and help compare environments. This approach will also end up pruning the original plant a bit and help it while its stuggling to maintain all the leaves it has atm. Check some monstera youtube videos on making a clone to be sure of the best bit to cut.
About the original plant, you don’t say much about other conditions, like what type of soil are you using? You said you are watering it often, could it be too often? Or the soil you are using needs more aeration, for example.
I find my monsteras look better when watered less often and the soil left to dry a bit in between waterings.
