Looks like an extremely dill jade plant
Jade plant. Very happy
Ripple jade, or Crassula arborescens undulatifolia
It’s leaves are green, obviously, so it’s NOT a “blue” *anything*. The sort of crooked or askew leaf pairs and the obvious pointed tips point (pun intended) to the cultivar, *Crassula ovata* ‘Obliqua’
