   Yesss. A neem tree. Seed dropped or pooped by a bird may be. Neem fruits are sweetish btw. I love neem trees. But they grow big and need space.

   I think this is Melia azaderach (chinaberry) not Azadirachta indica (neem).

   Also, please check leaf pattern for both. Get rid of it if it indeed is chinaberry since all parts of it is poisonous.
