Thank you for that information🙏❤️
Something digs up my garlic every time I plant them. That's the only thing the animals mess with.
my mom used to plant her garlic with strawberries because they exchange nutrients. she always had a great yield of each. thank you for taking time to share these helpful videos! 1 million plus 🙂
Thank you!
Thanks for the info. Planted mine early Sept.(soft). So far so good.
Love your straightforward teaching style. Thanks.
How deep is your raised bed?
I'm hoping I don't regret skipping this year with Garlic. We have so much left over from our last harvest!
Is the Montana garlic a garlic or a variety of elephant garlic? Thanks for the videos!
My garlic has already came up through my straw mulch so can I go back and move straw to put some alfalfa? I didn’t have it before I planted. Just sprinkle on top of soil?
Great timing Gary, I’m planting my garlic today.
I appreciate your reminder that compost can be enough, just putting in a big new garden and I'm broke at the moment, from buying the property and soil, but I have compost/worm castings/30 bags of leaves 😂
I like to sprinkle a little bit of epsom salt into the planting holes for my garlic.
I've grown Montana Zemo in the past (Porcelain variety) and it was fabulous. Haven't been able to find it recently. I look forward to hearing about Montana Giant. The last few years I've primarily grown German White (aka German Extra hardy) and Katterman and they've done extremely well for me.
