I’ve had this guy for about a year and it’s been doing great up until like a month ago. Leaves started showing sections of yellow/brown and then would eventually die and fall off. I also noticed this weird spotting on the dead leaves. I water once a week and fertilize every 2 weeks (I forget this every now and then). Any suggestions to what may be wrong and how to fix it are very much appreciated!! Thanks 🙂

What’s the soil mix? If you’re watering every week, it needs to be a chunky soil. If it’s already a chunky mix, then maybe could be too much fertilizer – I don’t see any pest signs.
