Should I get rid of the leaves with spots?


I am new to this succulent plant world. Please help me what to do of these leaves or should I just leave it? How to protect it from not spreading to other leaves.

    I think it’s normal for outer leaves to turn brown and die. I wouldn’t cut it until it is completely brown and make my plant look ugly.
