So every spring I end up with one of these in one form or another. They do great outside and every winter when I bring them in, they die. Most of the time they just start dropping leaves like crazy but they don't shrivel or get mushy, just loose and fall off. I LOVE this varigated one and I don't want to kill it!
I treat them the same as all my other succs and everyone else does just fine, except these. Any tips?? It seems like they can go much longer without water than some of the others but other than that, I don't know what the big difference/issue is 😭 This is literally like my 6th plant.

Wow looks way better than mine! Sorry I can’t provide any advice. Mine was an impulse buy this year.

I’m on the second one, and it’s my most difficult succulent 😭

I was given this and was told it wasn’t propagating for them. It hasn’t taken off for me either.

Vargated succus have more difficulty getting sunlight, so if you move them indoors from outdoors, they may not get enough sunlight. Have you tried providing them with a warmer environment instead of bringing them indoors?
