The last few new leaves in my paraiso verde philodendron have come in small with these little white dots. The new leaves have been quite small as well is she unhappy? The white dots don't really look like variegation spots and she's growing fast. The white dots are actually on the leaves and don't wipe off. Gets watered every 1-2 weeks and gets a good amount of light sitting in a SE facing window. In a chunky soil mix.

You have some type of pest issues. On the first leaf, the 2 white spots look like possible spider mites, and the tiny dots on the leaves are where pests are sucking the sap from the leaves. Check the plants out really well, and if need be, use insecticidal soap on the leaves and stems. Good luck🤞
