I have a thrips infestation unfortunately and have been treating with some insecticidal soap spray and neem oil spray. I separate the pups a little too soon because I was excited and didn't have smaller pots but could try some bottle caps. Do you think the brown discoloration might be from bleaching/sunburn? Or the other issues I mentioned 😅. They are under the light level you can see in the photo. Let me know if more info would be helpful. Any insight is appreciated!

If by light level you mean the yellow block on the plant stand in the light stand at 2 o’clock or so, that is too close. The lights should be about a foot above the plants, depending on the plants. As I haven’t dealt with thrips yet, I can’t advice you on that issue.
Could be getting burnt from being under grow lights and not drying out all the way after getting sprayed. Also, the five small plants in the white pots are in pots that’s far too big.
I really think they are too wet too.
