This is a Kwanzaa cherry tree. Bought it as a container tree and have had to dig down 6+ inches to find this bulge. I don't see many big roots coming off of this other than a big spider web of roots coming off the top side. by whitenack #arboricultureArborists 3 Comments LogicalOptic 5 months ago Uhhh is any part of it in the ground? jmb456 5 months ago Tree will be fine . Plant it where trees roots start. Given root size you may need to stake tree temporarily but you’re doing this at the right time TheFiberFan 5 months ago Amateur here but can those clumps on the right that are already starting to circle can be thinned out? Or correct this during planting?
