I planted a bunch of herbs a couple of weeks ago, and up until maybe Wednesday, my spinach was thriving! I’ve have been watering everything regularly, and it sits on my windowsill in my bedroom, as that gets the most sunlight. I collected a little rain water, mixed with a dash of Seasol, and sprayed them, thinking I was a genius. Are they done for, or is there still hope? Appreciate it guys!

I think maybe they look very wet, and there is a lot of light coloration, maybe they’re not getting enough light?
What is your soil? Do you live in a cold climate, is your window cold?
I’m very much an amateur gardener but have managed to keep plants alive somehow by maybe luck, one of thenmost damaging things I found out I was doing was watering too frequently when I started growing plants.
I don’t own anything tropical, so I do not water unless I start to at least see a hint of wilting, and for desert plants, I wait until they look very overly dry.
There’s a chance they got too hot in the windowsill? You want direct sunlight absolutely, but right up against a window and you run the risk of burning young growth because the sun’s rays get too toasty when first refracted through a window. At least, that was my issue when I was growing succulents a while back?
I learned that you can, in fact, burn a plant in the sunlight while simultaneously not giving it enough direct sunlight. Who knew?
I would suggest using high quality potting soil for new seedlings. And not using any fertilizers or soil amendments until they are out of the seedling stage. Seedlings are much more sensitive than more mature plants. It could be light/water/temp as well.
