Sorry to bother people, I'm just not finding good info elsewhere on the web. This is a NOID started from a leaf cutting. It's about six months old and was going along fine with no changes in location, watering schedule, etc. (north light, clay pot, water once/week) and then the center leaves began showing this very clear problem. I have a smaller one that came from the same start and it's now doing the same thing, despite being in a totally different house. But the parent plant is fine… hm.

Sorry I’m new to these so I’m no help😥have you tried YouTube?
That looks like broad mite damage and they are very contagious and damaging to plants. They can deposit eggs on leaves so they might’ve been on the cutting when you started it, or could’ve came in with another plant. This plant needs to be isolated at a minimum and I’d consider trashing it if it were mine. All your plants are at risk for having mites if they’re near this one. Broad mites annihilate plants. The treatment is Avid, it’s a strong pesticide and can be purchased in small quantities online. Natural remedies rarely work, but people continue to try predatory mites, hot water, neem oil etc. These things are good for prevention but not so effective for actual treatment of mite infestation. This plant is showing signs of long term mite infestation and those damaged leaves are permanent. I’m sorry for the bad news, but I’ve dealt with mites and they’re going through the AV group currently. It’s very hard to watch.
i would throw this out to save the rest of your plants. i threw out my whole collection of noids a few months back when i had cyclamen mites.
Heavy infection of mites. It will not recover even if treated. Mites inject toxins that change the cellular structure of the crown when they have done this much damage
You can try to restart from a healthy leaf and those will only be ones that are not deformed and this plant has very few that are candidates. Once you choose them they should be soaked in soapy water to kill off bugs and dehydrate eggs or they will just show back up in the offspring
