Help. My Red Salad Bowl lettuce seedling seems to have lifted itself out of the hole and is currently being held up in the air by its roots. Also, there are 2 sprouts and they are holding each other by the roots. What do I do?

It has been 6 days since I planted the seeds.

This is in an Idoo hydroponics system.

Water level at the max fill line (4L). No external nutrients added.

Light has been at the lowest possible height on vegetable mode (16h/8h).

I could try to push it back in but the roots seem quite sturdy so it would a level of force that I feel would harm the plants. Also, I feel like it would just instantly spring back out again…
