How awesome the grass looks. It pays to have the right equipment.
I bet Monica would like those Stardust…looks like herβ€
Look at Russell
There was something very satisfying about watching Aaron clean up those leaves..:) I would love to plant some of those gorgeous amaryllis bulbs. I was sad to learn that they are very poisonous to cats. Having 2 indoor cats who might decide to take a nibble, I guess I will have to satisfy myself with watching yours bloom. Do Russell or Douglas ever chew on your plants?
We love Russell, and Russell loves the gentle water fountain!! π Please tell us more about Aaron's lawn sweeper/chopper for tackling the leaves. I garden on 2.5 acres – lots of mature trees, multitude of gardens, fall is always beautiful but a challenge to keep up with all the cleanup. As always… THANKS for the continued inspiration!
I love the top dressing with the mulch. But I always find I'm a little hesitant using it because I worry it prevents the soil from drying out a bit and creating mold.
Lovely as ever, but he is having way too much fun on that leaf picker upper. I'm Jelly.
Just wondering if you have ever thought of using a mulching deck on your mower. It cuts up leaves beautifully and feeds the lawn at the same time.

Wanna come to Kansas and do my leaves
I'm growing my first amaryllis this year because of your inspiration, I love the idea of using willow branches to support them. How much do you find the bulbs you've saved grow year over year? Is it realistically possible for a low grade/smaller bulb to eventually grow into one that will produce multiple stalks? I'm growing Apple Blossom, Minerva & Amadeus Candy

My chickens really enjoy the leaves in their run and having something to scratch through and be busy!
I canβt wait to see the Amaryllis bloom. Aaron is a demon on that mower. Such control! And your right, Instant Gratification β€
You just CAN NOT beat a zero radius Lawn Mower!!!!!! π―π―π―

I wish Russell was my kittie. He is such a sweet boy.
I love these bulbs. Question…how big are the bags of moss you should us please? β€
Laura, I love every one of those Amaryllis planters. I try every year to keep the previous years bulbs, but I have never succeeded in getting them to bloom. Lots of green but no blooms. Please tell me what Iβm doing wrong
Loving the grass lines on the lawn there Aaron! π
Great video – thank you! I am trying 3 Marilyn amaryllis this year… and hoping for success! Question: I am guessing that top dressing with moss up to the neck doesn't harm the bulbs? (given they are planted only half-way?) Also – love watching Aaron mow up the leaves…. on the speeded up version he drives like I want to drive…. only I never have the chanceπ!
Saw Monica today brining things down from upstairs. Beautiful ornaments and amaryllis bulbs
Lovely. I havenβt had luck with getting them to rebloom the next year. Is it me or is it iffy to get them to rebloom. I do plant outside for the summer. And then do 8 weeks in garage in paper bags. Atlanta 8a
