Does anyone have any pointers on how to get a refund or how to take this damn thing down… I slightly remember how hard it was to put it up… But taking it down after it it’s been humidified for months… Extremely frustrating !!!!!
just don’t get it… Why would you make a humidified grow tent out of metal so that the poles rust together…
Also… Their customer service sucks

I dunno man. I bought a couple EC clip fans from them like over a year ago. They stopped oscillating pretty quickly, like within a month. Reached out to them a month ago about it, then forgot about responding. Reached out again last week, I had to jump through some hoops and provide some information regarding serial numbers/photos, but they’re sending me new replacement fans. Won me over as a customer.
Yeah, metal rusts. I’ve had a metal tent for 3 years now, same shitty construction from a no-name random canvass manufacturer. I dont have rust this bad – but I dont run a humidifier IN my grow tent. Thats for sure going to cause problems with the metal poles.
Seems like getting the cheapest tent possible is the way to go, unless you’re going high end and DO get robust components – but I wouldnt even know where to begin. All tents use the same metal-shit poles.

You’re taking it apart incorrectly.
Looks like an older model tent so I assume it’s been used. Rust happens when you water and leave high humidity.
What other material would you want it made with?
Brillo pad and Rust-Oleum and you’re fine.
Next time use ac infinity, or, buy pvs and cut to size. Get t’s and 3 point elbows. I did this with my vivo sun years back because it was such bad quality. I even put a braces in the middle, you can get clips that can mount in the pipe.
This is like the Walmart brand of grow tents/equipment. All of their products are shitty
Why don’t you unzip the sides and top and peel the tent apart and then take down the skeleton? Like you have 3 sides that “open”.
