I have this echeveria mexican hat that’s been outside on a windowsill for a couple of months doing ok, but recently some leaves at the bottom started going yellow and falling off, I also noticed the spots seen on the picture.
I’m careful not to overwater and it sits in bright indirect light as I’m in zone 9a.
Could anyone please help me figure out the issue?

The white fuzzy looking grain on one of the leaves looks sus, probability if it being a pest is high, might be a mealy bug. soil change would be good, looks way too organic. my advice is to pot it directly in the terracotta, they love those guys to bits. i have all my kids potted up in terracotta unless its a snake plant or other tropical plants which kinda hate drying up too much
